This consultation is designed to determine the best extension method for your hair, lifestyle, and desired results. During your appointment, we’ll discuss your hair goals, assess your natural hair, review color matching, maintenance requirements, pricing, and answer any questions you may have. The consultation fee will be applied toward your extension installation service if you choose to move forward with extensions. Once you decide to proceed, a signed extension agreement and a nonrefundable deposit are required before hair is ordered. The deposit will be applied toward your extension service and secures your appointment and custom hair order. Because extension hair is custom ordered specifically for you, all deposits are nonrefundable.
