Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m a mom, a hairstylist, and the heart behind Beauty by Rachel KY. I know firsthand how busy life can get when you’re balancing kids, work, family, and everything in between. That’s one of the reasons I love creating beautiful, low-maintenance hair that makes women feel confident without adding another complicated thing to their routine. I became a hairstylist because I’ve always loved the creativity and connection that come with doing hair. For me, it’s about so much more than color or a haircut, it’s about making someone feel good about herself when she leaves my chair. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and completely yourself in my salon. I’ll always be honest about what will work for your hair, your lifestyle, and your budget, while making sure you leave feeling confident and cared for. CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ✨ I completely understand that life happens and schedules can change! As an independent stylist, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact my small business and income. To help keep appointments available for everyone while still being flexible and client-friendly, I kindly ask for the following: • Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may require a small cancellation fee before booking future appointments. • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service properly. • Emergencies and illnesses happen — communication is always appreciated, and grace is given when possible. 💕 My goal is always to provide the best experience possible while respecting both your time and mine.
