CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ✨ I completely understand that life happens and schedules can change! As an independent stylist, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact my small business and income. To help keep appointments available for everyone while still being flexible and client-friendly, I kindly ask for the following: • Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may require a small cancellation fee before booking future appointments. • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service properly. • Emergencies and illnesses happen — communication is always appreciated, and grace is given when possible. 💕 My goal is always to provide the best experience possible while respecting both your time and mine.
